Due to its high production capacity, our modern Cemix plant is able to produce a really large amount of Cemix ProWhite white cement.

For the production of PCB-1-500 D0 Cemix Prowhite white cement (certified according to GOST 965-89), high-strength marmorised white limestone is used as the carbonate component, extracted from the company's own quarry located next to the plant site.

Kaolin is used as an aluminate component - it is a white clay supplied from a quarry belonging to the LASSELSBERGER Group; sand is used as a silicate component, it is a residual product after kaolin enrichment; fluorite is used as a mineralising agent for burning.

The modern dry process line allows to produce white cement of up to 250 thousand tons annually. The plant is equipped with the most advanced and high-tech laboratory for the highest quality control of products. The laboratory has installed the first Iteca free lime online analyzer in Russia, which allows determining the degree of clinker burning online and stabilizing the quality as much as possible.

Samples of raw meal, clinker and cement are automatically selected and delivered via an Iteca pneumatic tube directly to the laboratory, where a robotic line performs routine production control analyses using a chemical analysis spectrometer and a Bruker diffractometer without human intervention. In addition to the above equipment, the automated line includes an on-line colorimeter to determine the whiteness index in automatic mode.

 Our cement is packed in PE bags to protect it from moisture during transport and storage. You can choose from two sizes: 25kg and 40kg bags. 

Your delivery of Cemix ProWhite will be packed in robust big bags for added protection and stability, as well as faster forklift loading.

We transport your white cement to our terminals in Tashkent or Samarkand by our own fleet of trucks or by train, which is used exclusively for white cement to ensure cleanliness and purity. 

Our warehouses have a storage capacity of over 2,000 tonnes. In other words: We always have plenty of cement for you.
