- It can be used for decorative purposes, as well as for providing a robust coating for highly stressed surfaces such as staircases, skirting boards and corridors. It can also be used as a final surface treatment for insulated and non-insulated plinths on buildings.

Substrate requirement
The substrate must comply with the applicable standards, must be solid, free of loose particles, free of dust, paint, residues of demoulding agents and efflorescence. It must be sufficiently rough, dry, evenly absorbent and matured. The surface must not be frozen or water repellent. The substrate must be stable in volume. Measures must be taken against rising damp.
Substrate preparation
The substrate must be treated with Cemix 2613 BASIC PRIMER before plaster application. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate and the climatic conditions, it is necessary to use the deep primer Cemix 2614 on highly absorbent substrates, followed by the primer Cemix 2620. Substrates with higher absorption are primed twice (1st coat with primer diluted 1:1 with water, 2nd coat with undiluted primer). Roughen smooth substrates or use contact bridge 8040 Cemix. In the case of substandard substrates, modify with a suitable method to achieve the desired properties. Smooth unevenness of the substrate with suitable Cemix materials and allow to dry and cure. The substrate must comply with applicable codes, standards, or material manufacturer's recommendations.
Preparation of the mixture
Mix CEMIX 2794 MAGIC DECOR STONE thoroughly before application using a slow-speed mixer with a suitable attachment. The consistency of the plaster can be adjusted depending on application conditions and shade saturation by adding a maximum of 0,5% clean water.
DECOR MICA can be added to the mixture just prior to application to achieve an even more realistic appearance.

Processing instructions
Plaster can also be applied by hand with a stainless steel trowel or other suitable tool to 1.5 times the grain thickness and the surface smoothed.
Apply the plaster to the surface with an air gun. Directly after plaster application, Decor Mica can be applied to the surface with the air gun to achieve an effective surface design - pummelled stone.
The consumption of Decor Mica is 0,006-0,1kg/m2.

Treatment after application
During the setting period, protect the plastered surface from direct sunlight, heat, water, humidity and draughts. Protect it from frost and rain. Under normal conditions, the plaster will cure within 24 hours. Do not heat the material directly.
Tool and cleaning instructions
Wash off tools with water immediately after finishing work. Clean dried residues mechanically.
