8600 Grouts

Grouts are used to fill the joints between tiles or natural stones and to firmly bond the tiles together. Choosing the right grout for an optimal result and long life depends on several factors.
Cementitious grouts are robust and resistant to mechanical stress, abrasion and moisture, both indoors and outdoors. They provide good adhesion and are available in various colors to ensure a harmonious appearance. They are particularly suitable for grouting ceramic tiles or vitrified tiles on floors and walls.
Epoxy resin-based grouts are used for industrial and commercial floors or in swimming pools. They are very resistant to chemicals and non-porous, which makes them easy to clean.
Flexible joint compounds are elastic, crack-minimizing and ductile and are used for surfaces that are subject to minor movements and temperature fluctuations, e.g. underfloor heating systems or outdoors.
Micro joint compounds are used for particularly narrow joints, usually up to 1-2 mm, to achieve an inconspicuous joint appearance and the most aesthetic design possible.
Cemix offers all joint compounds in different colors.
