Insulation system accessories

For the professional installation of a facade insulation system, in addition to the main components, a variety of accessories is required. Every facade conceals various details windows and doors, corners, and enclosing structures that require an individual approach.

Insulation systems include a variety of accessories that facilitate installation and enhance the quality of the work:

Dowels

Mechanical fastening of the insulation is often also required (wind suction). For this purpose, special disc dowels are suitable. Depending on the building height, 4, 6, 8, or even 10 dowels may need to be installed per square meter of surface. The length of the dowel is determined by the quality of the substrate and the thickness of the insulation layer.

Aluminium base profile

The water-drip aluminium starter profile helps with the installation of the first row of insulation above the plinth.

Corner protector

Using a mesh corner protector allows you to create perfectly straight corners and edges.

Window connection profile

The window connection profile ensures a watertight connection between the window and the insulation system.

Expansion profile

For long buildings, expansion joints can be created every 20 meters if necessary using vertical profiles.

Drip profile

Water dripping from protruding structures, balconies, or the top edge of windows can be properly drained using a drip profile.
