Substrate requirement
The substrate must comply with the applicable standards, must be solid, free of loose particles, free of dust, paint, residues of demoulding agents and efflorescence. It must be sufficiently rough, dry and evenly absorbent. The surface shall not be frozen or water-repellent. The substrate shall be stable in volume.
Substrate preparation
Depending on substrate absorption and climatic conditions: penetrate absorbent substrates with Cemix 2613 primer. For concrete substrates, apply a [Cemix 4020 contact bridge]. If necessary, treat non-standard substrates with a suitable method to achieve the desired properties. Smooth unevenness of the substrate with suitable Cemix materials and allow to dry and cure. The substrate must comply with the applicable regulations, standards or recommendations of the material manufacturer.
Preparation of the mixture
Pour 25kg of CEMIX 4411 FINEST INTERIOR PLASTER into 8.75-9,25 L of clean water. Mix for 5 minutes with a slow-speed paddle mixer to a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Leave to rest for 3 minutes. Then mix again briefly. Use suitable machinery when processing by machine.

Processing instructions
The finishing plaster should be applied in a very thin layer of 2 to 5 mm. Apply in two thin coats to achieve a perfectly levelled straight surface, using a stainless steel trowel or other suitable tool. After the material has tightened and is pressure-resistant, smooth the surface with a felt and then with a foam trowel while sprinkling with water to unify the surface appearance. Finish the plaster with an interior paint.
