Substrate requirement
The substrate must be sufficiently strong, dry, clean, free from dust and dirt, and not frozen. Joints should only be filled after the adhesive and grout have completely dried.
Substrate preparation
All non-absorbent surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned. Gaps should only be sealed after complete drying. Remove any remaining mortar or adhesive from the joints. Highly absorbent surfaces must be prepared using a silicone primer.
Processing instructions
Open the cartridge at the outlet, attach the nozzle, and cut the tip according to the joint width (45°). Insert the cartridge into the extrusion gun. Secure both edges of the joint with adhesive tape and fill the joint with silicone. Smooth the surface with a finger dipped in dishwashing liquid, then immediately remove the adhesive tape.
